Casablanca was missing a place with real Lebanese food, not Levantine food, but 100% Lebanese.
Maison Daoud was opened by Mounder, a Lebanese man who has been living in Casablanca for several years, and is nostalgic for his childhood dishes. The chef is also Lebanese.
In this qualitative snack, you can eat on the go the specialities of Lebanon. So no way to find mixed shawarmas, or Algerian and biggie sauces.
The dishes are served as in Lebanon, each dish has its own home-made sauce. A very pleasant culinary discovery, and the owner is happy to introduce you to the Lebanese food traditions.
The Saj, home made and cooked in front of your eyes is excellent, to try.
